ISO认证咨询服务网 www.cnqr.org从国家市场监督管理总局获悉，近日，国际标准化组织(ISO)最高技术管理机构——ISO技术管理局通过决议，正式批准在混凝土、钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土技术委员会下成立钢—混凝土组合结构和混合结构分委会(以下简称分委会)，并将分委会秘书处设在中国。

According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, the ISO Technical Management Bureau, the highest technical management body of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), has recently passed a resolution to officially approve the establishment of the Steel Concrete Composite and Mixed Structures Subcommittee (hereinafter referred to as the Subcommittee) under the Technical Committee of Concrete, Reinforced Concrete, and Pre stressed Concrete, and the Secretariat of the Subcommittee will be located in China.

钢—混凝土组合结构和混合结构，是结合混凝土和钢材两种主要建筑材料的优势而形成的高性能结构，力学性能优越、经济低碳，正成为世界范围内高层建筑、大跨桥梁、大型能源工程等多行业重大土木工程基础设施主体结构的优选形式之一。

Steel concrete composite structures and hybrid structures are high-performance structures formed by combining the advantages of concrete and steel as the two main building materials. They have superior mechanical properties, low carbon economy, and are becoming one of the preferred forms of major civil engineering infrastructure structures in various industries such as high-rise buildings, large-span bridges, and large-scale energy engineering worldwide.

分委会将开展基于全寿命周期的钢—混凝土组合结构和混合结构的设计、施工、运维、拆除和循环利用等方面相关国际标准的制定工作，对于保障重大土木工程中钢—混凝土组合结构和混合结构主体结构的全寿命周期安全性能具有重要意义。

The sub committee will carry out the development of relevant international standards for the design, construction, operation and maintenance, demolition, and recycling of steel-concrete composite structures and hybrid structures based on the full life cycle, which is of great significance for ensuring the safety performance of the main structures of steel-concrete composite structures and hybrid structures in major civil engineering projects throughout their entire life cycle.

我国作为分委会的秘书处承担国，将积极履责，推动世界各国专家致力于钢—混凝土组合结构和混合结构领域相关国际标准化工作，为全球土木工程基础设施建设贡献力量。

As the secretariat of the sub committee, China will actively fulfill its responsibilities and promote experts from around the world to work towards international standardization in the field of steel-concrete composite and hybrid structures, contributing to the construction of global civil engineering infrastructure.
