什么是6S现场管理法
6S现场管理法是指通过整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全6个过程使环境更有利于人的安全与健康。
The 6S on-site management method refers to the process of organizing, rectifying, cleaning, cultivating, and ensuring safety to make the environment more conducive to human safety and health.
1.整理（SEIRI）：只留下必要的物品。
1. SEIRI: Leave only necessary items.
2.整顿（SEITON）：把留下来的物品摆放整齐并加以标示。
2. SEITON: Arrange the remaining items neatly and label them.
3.清扫（SEISO）：保持工作场所干净、亮丽。
3. Cleaning (SEISO): Keep the workplace clean and bright.
4.清洁（SEIKETSU）:维持整理、整顿、清扫的成果。
4. Cleaning (SEIKETSU): Maintain the results of organization, rectification, and cleaning.
5.素养（SHITSUKE）:遵规守纪，养成良好的工作习惯。
